VA3 Design Inc. is a professional residential design firm started in January 2013 after the retirement of Ken Viljoen, president of Viljoen Architect. VA3 desires to continue the excellent business practice which Viljoen Architect provided from 1973. The firm principals, Richard Vink, Wellington Jno-Baptiste and Grace Loe, possess over 20 years of experience in the housing industry.

VA3 Design specializes in low rise residential design, infill housing, community planning and custom homes. As with Viljoen Architect, we endeavor to be leaders in the Ontario housing industry and continue to provide award winning developments across the Greater Toronto Area.
